Franchise support and training
Three weeks of training, one week of on-site opening support, and a direct line to ownership.
You are trained, then backed.
Café Mexicali franchisees receive three weeks of initial training and one week of on-site opening support. Support also covers site selection and market analysis, build-out and design assistance, a confidential operations manual, proprietary technology tools, and ongoing promotional and marketing support.
Learn it in the restaurants.
Before you open, your management team completes three weeks of initial training.
Classes are expected to run at the Greeley, Colorado headquarters and in the field at affiliate-owned Café Mexicali restaurants in the Greeley area. Training happens in working restaurants, so you learn the work where it is done.
You are responsible for your team's travel, lodging, meals, and wages during training. Those costs are part of the estimates in Item 7 of the FDD.

Opening week, with us beside you.
Café Mexicali provides one week of on-site opening support, so you are not alone when the doors open and the first real guests arrive.
