- Information you submit in the application form: first and last name, email address, phone number, market of interest, liquid capital range, timeline, and any message you write.
- Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as pages visited and device type, used to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you about your franchise inquiry, to decide whether your capital, market, and timeline fit, and to deliver the Franchise Disclosure Document if appropriate. Jim DelVecchio or another member of our franchise team will reach you by phone, text, or email.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the consent box on the application form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about franchise opportunities. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our franchise inquiry process (for example, our customer relationship management and email delivery tools), with our franchise advisors, or when required by law. Those providers may use it only to provide services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and to meet legal and franchise record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing Jim@cafemexicali.com. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in the message.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
